Warranty
⟢ All jewelry pieces (excluding Lipstick Holders) come with a 3-month warranty.
⟢ Lipstick Holders have a lifetime warranty (refunds excluded).
⟢ The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials only. It does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or misuse.
Repairs & Replacements
⟢ Singapore customers: You can either mail your jewelry to us or drop it off at a designated location, which we’ll provide when arranging the repair. Once repaired, items will be sent back at no cost to you.
⟢ International customers: Ship your jewelry to us for repairs free of charge; return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

Please note that all parcels are fully trackable through SingPost. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
All NANARE pieces are made of stainless steel unless stated otherwise in the listing
Stainless Steel

⟢ Hypoallergenic (usually)
However, it is recommended to remove your jewelry before sleeping, washing dishes, or swimming in pools or the ocean. Some designs use adhesive to secure piercings/pendants and extended exposure to water or movement can weaken the bond
⟢ Chainmail designs may snag if pulled—avoid excessive force
⟢ Keep away from perfume and harsh chemicals, especially for pieces that include materials other than stainless steel
⟢ Store in a soft pouch or separately when not in use

All orders are shipped through SingaporePost. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your parcel on their website
